CR MAGNETICS HAS TRANSITIONED TO THE UPGRADED ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT STANDARD

CR Magnetics, Inc. has transitioned to the upgraded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard as certified by American Management Technology, Inc., the registrar of technical standards to manufacturers. CR Magnetics was first certified to ISO 9001:2008 on March 3rd of 2014 and continues their commitment to a Process Based Quality System.

ISO 9001:2015 is the International Standard for Quality Systems in business to business dealings throughout the world. The ISO “Quality Management System” enhances customer satisfaction by meeting applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. An ongoing part of ISO 9001:2015 requires continual performance improvement for the assurance of conformity.

News Release - 5 Amp Secondary Currect Transformer Price Decrease

CR Magnetics, Inc. is implementing "Groundbreaking Price Reductions" on their ANSI Class and Commercial Class Series of 5 amp Secondary Current Transformer products. The popular RL and SFT product styles are shown in the attached photos. The new CR Magnetics Website parametric search function can be used for quickly drilling down to the correct product.

New Release - CurrentMark Series

The new CurrentMark Series of Current Displays has been highlighted as a top new electronic component product for 2012 by electronic design an industry e-newsletter from the Penton Group. This annual ranking of successful new products is targeted to electronic engineers.

CR Magnetics recently introduced the CurrentMark Series of self powered, non-contact AC Current Displays which are designed as a low cost method for providing visual indications and measurement of electrical current flow.

The key features of the new CurrentMark AC Current Displays are low cost and self-powering with three types of visual indicators in a compact size. Major applications are to monitor status of heater elements, to observe remote loads, to indicate phase loss and to monitor motor operation.

New Release - CR9600 Adjustable Current Switch

CR Magnetics, Inc. has introduced New Technology CR9600 Series Adjustable Current Switches specifically designed for applications that require an on-off indication of current flow. The key features of the new current switches are low cost, self-powering, adjustable set points, LED visual switch indication, and reverse output polarity protection. Major performance benefits are lower losses, improved lifetime durability, increased ruggedness and heat capacity.

The New Technology CR Magnetics CR9600 Series Adjustable Current Switches are available with a NPN or PNP output transistor for DC switching and a SCR output for switching AC. Continuous operating current above the full ON level of 1.0 Amps. Is required. The CR9600 Current Switches are intended for power monitoring applications of continuity and use as a proving switch.

CR Magnetics, Inc. has received UL US and Canada Recognition on all Current Indicators and all Current Relays and Switches the company manufactures and assembles in the USA. The products were tested for safety and functionality by Underwriter Laboratories (UL) the world renowned testing experts.
