Hi,I am from Ireland and need a bit of information, We work on 230v ac system,I am looking for a current relay that will switch 230v ac 1 to 2 amps when 10amps or more passes throught the relay, or some thing similar.Could you please recommend 1 of your products that will handle this setup.As i will hopefully be ordering plent, regards shane

On the datasheet for the CR9580-&91;10,20,50&93; Current Sensor, there are two values for the Voltage on the Signal Out. - Signal Out: 0 -5 VDC - Max. Signal Out: 12VDC Is the maximum 5 or 12 V I understand that we're talking about RMS values, but I'd like to understand under which conditions would I see a 12VDC value on the output of this device. Greetings, I have two small servo motors that I’m attempting to monitor current draw at the operators station with inexpensive panel meters. The average current draw is around 400mA with peaks in the 1.25A region, but in an overload/binding situation, the motor/drive briefly spike to approx 8A before faulting out, destroying the ammeter(s). I need to be able to detect the presence (not level) of DC current over a range of 5A to 75A with surges of up to 300A. I am having trouble finding a burden resistor that will allow enough voltage to detect the low range and stay under the Vmax rating of the part. The max is an RMS value, so how does this play in for DC Any other suggestions are welcome.

I would like to use multiple external current transformers all looping through the 4395. My question is this: if the relay is rated 1-10 amps, and multiple motors are running through multiple external current transformers add to more than 10 amps, how will this effect the 4395 Thanks.

During plugging (commanding the opposing rotating direction) the output relay would drop on overcurent, preventing the secondary accelerating resistors from being shorted (and limiting the counter torque at the motor). Hi, We are facing problem using CR4395.The problem is with the tripping time. The part no of the current sensing relay that we are using is CR4395-LH-120-110-B-CD-ELR-I. We purchased the CR6260-500-5 to monitor the power of a 230V/3Ph motor with a power factor of 74. I'm trying to determine the range of the 4-20ma output of the transducer. I'm making the assumption that 4ma (zero) is wattage at 0vac/0amps and 20ma (span) is wattage at 500vac/5amps. Then I'm thinking that the power factor would be applied in our DCS. Hello, I am trying to come up with a system that can sense current lose in heaters. I was thinking that a current sensing relay would be ideal...using the relay to turn on LED lights to inform operators of a heater lose and thereby possibly saving a run...this application would be on an autoclave, I'm just concerned that the heaters basically turn on and off to maintain temperature during process an that this would cause false alarms, also the autoclaves themselves do not run 24hrs a day...how w...

Hi, I'm trying to add a CR6240-500-50 inside an Allen Bradley MCC bucket. Due to space constraint, the transducer is mounted after the overload relay. Should I feed pin 1, 2, and 3 of the transducer with 3-phase 480VAC after the overload relay (see Option1) or after the circuit breaker (see Option2) My concern is if the starter is off, would the transducer still be generating the 4mA output I'm not sure if the transducer needs the 480VAC to generate its 4-20mA output or if it's sole...
