    Hi,

I have a CR5210-50 that I am using to measure DC load on a 12v distribution panel. I've wired the CT as drawn in the instruction, supplied 24vdc power, but the readings I am getting do not match the measured load:

The amp readings below were taken is a separate amp meter and compared it to the voltage output on the CT:

    2.86A - 2.35volts
    9.9A - 2.08volts
    11.4A - 201volts
    12.9A - 1.96volts
    13.8A - 1.03volts

I feel like I'm missing something obvious.

    Dear Sir,

It is best to check our products at minimum scale and maximum scale for proper operation. If no current through the hole produces 0 VDC +/- 50 mV output, and 50 amps of current through the hole produce 5 VDC +/- 50 mV output, then the unit is calibrated properly. Your data shows a decreasing voltage output for higher current, which would be obviously incorrect. I will pass this along to our customer service department for a return material authorization or feel free to call or write us directly if you are short of time. Thank you.
